In agreeing to a complimentary demo with CHG Audio, you agree that CHG Audio may use the raw audio and visuals of your service and the resulting demo, including excerpts from your service, as advertisements on our social media accounts, website, and email. By signing this form, you grant us permission to edit clips for length and clarity and have full creative control of all advertisements created while servicing your church. In the event that CHG Audio does not continue servicing your church past the demo service, you agree to allow CHG Audio to continue utilizing any content captured from the demo mix as advertisement on all CHG audio website, email, and social media platforms. By signing this document, you confirm that you own the audio or have obtained the permissions necessary to authorize these uses, including permission from anyone whose voice appears in it.
